Job summary

Hex is hiring an SDR Manager to lead and scale our West Coast SDR team as it moves from inbound to proactive outbound pipeline generation. You will coach early-career talent, build outbound playbooks, and partner with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue.

The role is hands-on and requires a strong coachable leader based in SF, with exposure to AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and pipeline quality. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days in SF.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in Sales Development with 1–2 years managing SDRs.
• Proven coaching to help SDRs consistently hit pipeline goals.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and data-driven performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop SDRs focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation.
• Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to activity, quality, and pipeline goals.
• Run regular 1:1s, call coaching, deal reviews, and team training sessions.
• Build and own a repeatable coaching and enablement cadence, including call reviews and scorecards.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align ICP, qualification standards, and opportunity quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing to operationalize campaigns and account-based plays.
