Job summary

EvenUp is seeking an ambitious Sales Development role to drive outbound pipeline in the US market. You will generate meetings for Account Executives, qualify prospects, and communicate how our AI-powered justice platform helps personal injury firms and victims.

This is a high-collaboration role with Growth, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure compelling first impressions. You will learn EvenUp’s product deeply, refine outreach, and help expand our reach across law firms and related

Qualifications

8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
Experience generating outbound leads.
CRM experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp's qualification criteria.
Use active listening to uncover customer needs and communicate value.
Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
Collaborate with Growth, Marketing and Customer Success.
Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot.
