ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior SDR Manager to shape and implement outbound sales strategy and recruit, onboard, and train new hires for success. You will lead a fast-growing team and drive core SDR performance and pipeline development.

You will mentor the team, report KPIs, and collaborate with extended leadership to adopt new technologies and achieve revenue goals. This role emphasizes accountability, communication, and data-driven decision making.

• 2+ years XDR management experience.
• 1+ years sales management experience.
• Outbound cold-calling experience.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
