Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is seeking a part-time School Van Driver in Lynn, MA to transport students to and from school and events. This role includes a split AM/PM schedule with weekdays only and no nights or holidays.

Paid training at $20/hour is provided, with a higher rate of $23.70/hour for regular duties plus opportunities for extra hours through charters & trips. Benefits include dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and 7D physical.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Assist students entering/exiting the vehicle and use safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc.).
• Drive assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
