Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. in Hudson, MA seeks a part-time School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and events. No CDL?

Paid training provided. The role offers a split shift (AM/PM), weekdays only, with weekly pay and a guaranteed minimum number of hours. Applicants should have a valid CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements, a DOT medical card, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

School Bus Driver ( Part Time )

NRT Bus | Hudson, MA

No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training.

We're hiring now for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $36 (Effective 8/24/26)

Paid Training: $20/hour

Charter/Activity Trips: $27.81/hour (Effective 8/24/26)

Schedule: Part time, split shift (AM/PM)

Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays

Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes

• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle

Requirements
