Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. in Lynn, MA is seeking a part-time School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school and events on local routes.

The role offers paid training, a consistent hourly pay between $33.99 and $36.05, and opportunities for additional hours on charters. Schedule is split AM/PM, weekdays only with weekly pay. CDL Class B with endorsements or willingness to obtain, valid DOT card, clean driving record, and English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• Drive assigned local routes.
• Perform pre trip and post trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $33.99 - $36.05 /hour

Paid Training: $20/hour

Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour

Schedule: Part time, split shift (AM/PM)

Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays

Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You'll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pre trip and post trip inspections

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain - we train!)
