Job summary

Van Pool Transportation LLC in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a part-time school van driver to transport students to and from school and events. The role offers a split shift (AM/PM) with weekday hours, paid training, and a predictable weekly pay schedule.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, driving assigned routes, maintaining a clean vehicle, and communicating professionally with students, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold School Pupil Transport (7D) Certificate or be willing to obtain.
• Safe driving record.
• 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and 7D physical.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).

Pay: $24.41/hour (effective 8/24/26) Paid Training: $20/hour Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours
