Job summary

Butler’s Bus Service is seeking a part-time School Van Driver to safely transport students to school and events in the Candia Hooksett Auburn area. Training is provided, and the role offers split AM/PM shifts with weekday hours.

Requirements include a School Bus Certificate (or willingness to obtain), a safe driving record, and at least 3 years of driving experience. English communication skills are essential.

Ability to pass background check, drug screen and physical.
Proficient English communication (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Safely transport students to and from school and events.
May assist students entering/exiting vehicle and using safety equipment.
Drive assigned routes and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and communicate professionally with families and staff.
Follow all state/local traffic laws and district policies.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $26/hour
Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do

Safely transport students to and from school and events
May include assisting students enter/exit vehicle and using specialized safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats, etc)
Drive assigned routes
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

Requirements

School Bus Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
Safe driving record
Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience

Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
