Tri County Transportation Inc. seeks a school van driver to transport students safely and punctually between pickup points and destinations. You will perform pre-trip inspections, monitor student behavior, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

Training is provided; CDL training may be available for eligible hires. Part-time options exist; evenings and weekends may be off, with flexible day hours. A background check, physical, and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients from pickup to destination in a timely and safe manner.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Conduct child checks post-route and ensure DOT compliance.
• Be punctual and professional and manage student behavior.

Tri County Transportation Inc. A School Van Driver is responsible for transporting clients from their pickup point to their destination in a timely and safe manner. Using a vehicle to successfully transport people, performing pre-trip inspections, performing child checks post-route, and keeping their vehicle within DOT regulations are the most important tasks of the driver. It is imperative for this candidate to be punctual. The candidate will be required to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. We will provide training to qualified individuals who meets the standards of being hired. The individual who becomes a van driver can be eligible for CDL training with provisions. Pay: $13.86 per hour
