Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, solutions, and support to computer users and school staff.
• Installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware and application software, including operating systems, electronic mail, Microsoft Office, and curriculum-specific software.
• Update and maintain building inventory using the district inventory system. Collect, prepare and record outdated equipment for disposal.
• Maintain and coordinate technology inventory, help requests, databases maintained by ITS, including inventory and work orders.
