Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks a Technology Support Specialist II to deliver expert PC/Mac support, instructional technology, and classroom lab services across campus sites. The role emphasizes end-user assistance, software/hardware troubleshooting, and training for faculty and students.

Responsibilities include supporting instructional labs, Smart classrooms, video streaming, and related peripherals while maintaining high service standards and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better and IT-support experience.
• Experience with PC/Mac and network support.
• Understanding of instructional technology and classroom systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support for PCs, Macs, and instructional tech.
• Install and support software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network issues promptly.
• Train students, faculty, and staff on instructional technologies and software.
• Assist with Smart classrooms, video streaming, and live events.
• Maintain and update documentation of incidents and resolutions.
