Job summary

Highline Public Schools is seeking a Tier II Technician to join the Department of Digital Transformation for the 2026-2027 school year. The role provides advanced troubleshooting, onsite technical support, inventory and asset management, and operational support for elementary schools, choice programs, and district sites.

You will collaborate with Tier I Technicians, systems staff, and vendors to maintain reliable access to technology for staff and students.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting hardware across client devices and enterprise systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration with school staff and vendors.
• Ability to document configurations and maintain asset inventories.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and onsite technical support for district facilities.
• Manage inventory and asset tracking across elementary schools and sites.
• Collaborate with Tier I Technicians, Systems group and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support administrative operations and ensure reliable technology access for staff and students.
