Job summary

Park Tudor School seeks a Technology Support Specialist to provide frontline IT support to students, faculty, staff and parents year-round. You will troubleshoot across Windows, Mac, Chrome OS and iOS, deploy devices, and assist with AV setups for classrooms and events.

You will log requests via the helpdesk, maintain hardware/software inventory, and collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s technology vision, keeping security awareness and routine updates as a priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of end-user technology support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, Chrome OS, and iOS.
• Willingness to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional evening/weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, patient, face-to-face, email, and phone tech support.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain school devices and assist with classroom AV setup.
• Log, track, and document support requests using our helpdesk; maintain inventory of hardware/software.
• Collaborate with technology department to support classroom tech needs and school technology vision.
• Assist with routine system updates, basic network support, and security awareness.
