Deer Park School District#414 is seeking an IT Technician to support district-wide computer systems and staff in the Technology Department. You will resolve technical issues, coordinate computer and peripheral installations, and assist students and staff with daily technology needs.

Responsibilities include desktop software/hardware support, asset tracking, and in-person/phone assistance. Regular site travel and some after-hours availability may be required.

Formación

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• An associate degree or two years related experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Office apps, and Google Workspace is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to staff and students across the district.
• Install, configure, and repair desktop software and peripherals.
• Maintain equipment inventory and asset tracking, document incidents.
• Respond to requests via email/phone, and assist in AV setups in classrooms.
• Travel between sites and support theater AV, lighting, and projects.
