Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university.
• 1 year of professional administrative, coordinator, or IT experience required.
• Additional work experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot general PC/AV hardware and Apple devices.
• Coordinate with Classroom Technology staff on deployment of AV systems.
• Program Crestron processors, touch panels, routers, and DSPs as needed.
• Assist with design, testing, and pilots of technologies in classrooms.
