Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract opportunity serving Preschool through 8th grade students. You will assess communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating with families and school staff to support student success.

Direct therapy, IEP participation, and ongoing progress documentation are key, along with communicating with teachers and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP eligible or CFY eligibility for entry.
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain) for school-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and communication evaluations for students across Preschool–8th grade.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and participate in IEP team planning and discussions.
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff and families to promote student success.
• Manage a caseload of 50–60 students, adapting strategies to meet diverse needs.
