Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' communication and learning goals in a Phoenix, AZ area school. This contract role welcomes CCC holders or CFY candidates and emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and other specialists to enhance student outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a master’s in SLP, Arizona licensure eligibility, and experience in pediatric school settings, with strong skills in IEP collaboration, documentation, and family

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Arizona.
• CCC from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates considered.
• Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings valued.
• Familiarity with communication disorders and age-appropriate interventions.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience managing IEP processes, documentation, and parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments.
• Design and deliver individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert input to student education plans.
• Track progress, maintain records, and communicate with families.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
