Job summary

ProCare Therapy in the United States is seeking a contract speech-language pathologist to support students' communication needs in an engaging school setting. The role focuses on delivering direct therapy to children and adolescents and contributing to IEP goals.

You will assess, document progress, and collaborate with educators and families to tailor treatment plans and promote growth. A master's degree in SLP and state licensure eligibility are required, with CCC from ASHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in the state.
• CCC from ASHA preferred; strong CFY candidates may be considered.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in small groups.
• Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and contribute to IEP development.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records per school/state regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families to support goals.
• Develop engaging treatment plans tailored to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Educate staff and parents on strategies to enhance communication growth within the school environment.
