Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 26/27 school year to support students in a dynamic educational environment.

In this full-time contract, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver individual and small-group therapy, and maintain accurate progress records while collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC from ASHA required.
• State licensure or eligibility for school-based practice.
• Experience in a school setting valued.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students and staff.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, individually and in small groups.
• Maintain accurate progress records and required documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic student growth.
• Contribute to IEP meetings with expert recommendations for students.
• Provide training/resources to teachers and families to boost student success.
