Job summary

ProCare Therapy in the United States is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to support a diverse K-12 caseload and advance students' communication skills in a collaborative school environment. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP, with prior school experience and solid IEP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and licensure
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification and state license
• Experience in school settings with K-12 students
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans coordinating with IEP teams
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support progress
• Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports
• Provide consultative support and training to school staff as needed
• Advocate for best practices in speech-language pathology within schools
