Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2+ years of School Operations or Business Management experience; familiarity with educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR onboarding, open enrollment, and related paperwork in ADP/HR systems.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, and school finance activities with the support center.
• Coordinate food, transportation, and vendor services for the school.
• Maintain confidential employee and school documents and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and support grant administration.
