Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Experience with HRIS systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional SOAs and school based SOAs on operational issues.
• Organize and conduct orientation sessions for newly hired School Operations Administrators.
• Conduct HR and Operations functions required for various business lines.
• Prepare periodic reports as requested by Finance/Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company policies.
