Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of food service and/or management experience.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the School Nutrition Program in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Maintains records for breakfast, lunch, snack production, cash sheets, inventories, and reports.
• Oversees food cost control through planning, ordering, and receiving; ensures proper storage.
• Supervises CNS staff and participates in training/evaluations.
• Ensures sanitation, safety, and proper food handling and temperature records.
