Responsibilities

• Manage the School Nutrition Program in compliance with federal, state, local, and district policies.
• Administer staff and program operations, including production, serving, cash handling, and inventory.
• Maintain records for meals, purchases, invoices, and time sheets.
• Monitor food cost, ordering, storage, and quality control.
• Supervise CNS employees and conduct staff meetings and evaluations.
• Develop daily work and cleaning schedules; ensure food safety and sanitation.
