Aramark is seeking a Food Service Director to lead dining operations across multiple accounts in the Camden area. You will oversee menus, staffing, training, safety, and client relationships while driving revenue and controlling costs in a complex school nutrition environment.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven experience in food service management, with a focus on delivering high-quality dining experiences and compliant operations.

Formación

• Requires at least 4 years of experience.
• Requires at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop teams to maximize contributions.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress.
• Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Direct operations related to production, distribution and food service.
• Maintain systems and procedures for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving food products.
