Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations for our Student Nutrition program. You will supervise front-of-house and kitchen functions, ensure safety and sanitation, and partner with the Food Service Director to meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes coaching, team development, cost controls, and exceptional client service while maintaining quality and compliance daily.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to maintain client rapport and collaborate with departments.
• Ability to follow Aramark's service model and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining operations to meet client expectations.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain and analyze P&L statements and financial targets.
• Improve productivity through cost controls and efficient processes.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance across operations.
