Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Director to lead dining operations and develop menu-driven solutions that meet client needs. You will oversee teams, ensure safety, and drive performance across revenue, labor, and cost controls.

In this role, you will manage client relationships, coordinate production, distribution and service, and align operations with the client mission and regulatory standards to deliver high-quality food service experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in food service or management
• 1–3 years in a management role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and client-relations skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop teams to maximize contributions
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
• Build revenue, manage budget and control food, beverage and labor costs
• Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements and target achievement
• Oversee production, distribution and food service operations
