Qualifications

• Oversee and manage dining operations and ensure safety, sanitation and quality standards.
• Build revenue, manage budgets including food, beverage and labor costs; maintain P&L.
• Coordinate production, distribution and service to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain client relations and communicate operational progress to clients.
