You will manage budgets, supervise teams, ensure safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in meal production, distribution, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic food service environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and exceed

Competenze

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service management.
• Requires 1-3 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.

• Lead and develop dining service teams through recruiting, coaching and performance management.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Build revenue and manage budgets, including food, beverage and labor costs.
• Ensure P&L statements are maintained and targets met.
