Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; write simple correspondence
• Ability to adhere to HACCP, safety procedures, and timekeeping policies

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at required temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; perform dishwashing duties as needed.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices and ensure proper cooler/storage cleanliness.
• Handle customer monies, run a POS system, and complete meal reconciliation tasks.
