Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at the required temperature.
• Assist in preparation of foods according to the menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan and prep ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized; maintain FIFO inventory and clean storage areas.
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas and handle dishes; monitor safety and hygiene.
