Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking staff to prepare breakfast and/or lunch, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering functions. The role covers all kitchen positions and emphasizes proper food safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure all food is held at required temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; prep ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized work areas; clean kitchen and cafeteria spaces.
