Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deploy, troubleshoot and resolve issues for endpoint devices across Windows, Android, and macOS.
• Follow ITIL procedures for incidents, requests and problem resolution.
• Provide technical assistance to other technicians and collaborate across teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Perform equipment inventory management and report trends.
• Prepare technical reports and ensure confidentiality.
