The role covers deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software in a dynamic school environment. You will manage devices across macOS, ChromeOS, and iPadOS using MDM tools, install and upgrade software, support lab equipment, and document procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary help desk support for staff and students, diagnosing hardware, software and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software across macOS, ChromeOS and iPadOS via MDM.
• Deploy and repair computers, Chromebooks, interactive displays, projectors, printers and lab equipment.
• Offer technical oversight for departmental equipment including 3D printers and specialized lab devices.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and document tickets and configurations.
• Assist with website updates and vendor liaising as needed.
• Support auditorium events with technology oversight.
• Research compatibility for future upgrades and recommend data-driven investments.
