Job summary

Contoocook Valley School District is seeking an Information Technology Systems Support at Peterborough Elementary School to assist staff with software and hardware. You will install, configure, and maintain systems under the District Systems Administrator and provide clear, timely user support.

The role requires strong communication, self-direction, and the ability to work with staff and students in a school setting. This is a full-time, year-round position with summer days as needed.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of major desktop and mobile platforms (Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, iOS).
• Experience with Google Suite preferred.
• Experience with PowerSchool preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide building-level tier 1 technical support for staff and students.
• Proficiently use existing and new technology to assist staff in accessing and using systems.
• Process work orders via the helpdesk support system.
• Perform hardware repairs and upgrades on district technology systems.
• Maintain and develop technical documentation and inventory as needed.
• Maintain district-wide services and battery backup systems.
