Responsibilities

• Installs and performs minor repairs to hardware, software and peripherals.
• Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, printers and related hardware.
• Troubleshoots computer hardware issues and makes repairs as needed.
• Refers major hardware problems to the IT Coordinator.
• Assists users to resolve equipment problems.
• Sets up equipment for employee use.
• Creates, modifies and troubleshoots user accounts.
