Qualifications

• Must possess working knowledge of major desktop and mobile platforms (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS).
• Experience with Google Suite and PowerSchool preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to document procedures clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide building-level tier 1 technical support for software and equipment to students and staff.
• Configure, upgrade, and maintain desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
• Process work orders via helpdesk system and maintain technical documentation.
• Maintain district-wide services and inventory of hardware.
• Assist with training staff on instructional tools and technology.
