Job summary

Center City Public Charter Schools in Washington, DC is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician to join the IT team. You will provide technical and customer support for staff and students, handling issues with hardware, software, and network access.

Responsibilities include device setup, distribution, and maintenance of Chromebooks, Macs, iPhones, and iPads, plus asset tracking. Travel between campuses is required; comfort with public transit or a vehicle is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Public charter school experience a plus.
• Must be able to travel between campuses by car or transit.
• Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot technical issues with network access, hardware, printers, and software.
• Configure and support Chromebooks, Macs, iPhones and iPads.
• Track movement of IT assets and maintain equipment inventory.
