Job summary

Park Tudor School in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to assist students, faculty, staff and parents with technical needs. You will provide prompt, face-to-face, email, and phone support and help maintain devices and classroom AV equipment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of end-user technology experience, strong troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, ChromeOS and iOS, and a collaborative, student-centered approach. Some evenings or weekend events may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, patient, face-to-face, email, and phone tech support. Troubleshoot issues calmly during classroom interruptions to minimize disruptions to learning.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain school devices (laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, iPads, printers, and phones) and assist with classroom and event audio/visual setup.
• Log, track, and document support requests using our helpdesk ticketing system, while helping maintain accurate records of school hardware and software inventory.
• Work closely with other members of the technology department team to support classroom tech needs, implement best practices, and contribute to the school's overall technology vision.
• Assist with routine system updates, basic network support, security awareness, and equipment lifecycle management as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
