• Basic familiarity with computers, Chromebooks, and common software applications preferred.
• Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or an educational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to students, teachers, administrators, and staff districtwide.
• Respond to, document, and resolve help desk tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, user accounts, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair district devices (computers, Chromebooks, iPads, etc.).
• Assist with setup and maintenance of classroom technology and AV equipment.
• Provide tech assistance with Google Workspace and district software.
• Assist with user accounts (password resets, access, login issues).
• Deploy and maintain student and staff devices throughout the year.
• Perform basic hardware repairs and coordinate warranty/replacements.
• Maintain accurate technology inventory records.
• Assist with software installs and device management.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and escalate complex issues.
• Support technology for state testing and school events.
• Contribute to district technology projects and classroom moves.
• Provide timely, courteous support to minimize classroom disruption.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
• Report cybersecurity incidents and potential security concerns.
