Qualifications

• Three years of office/clerical experience required.
• Experience utilizing data collection programs in a school setting preferred.
• High school diploma or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll, withdraw, and transfer student data in the school information system.
• Record student demographics, schedules, and discipline data.
• Export delimited data files for use in other software.
• Prepare and print student reports, schedules, and report cards.
• Ensure data accuracy for local and state reporting.
• Train teachers on using the Teacher Portal for grades and attendance.
• Maintain filing and record-keeping; respond to information requests.
