Qualifications

• Has the ability to use and engage social media to promote the school and CSUSA.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SIS, and email communications.
• Possesses detailed knowledge of Federal, State, and local requirements for K-12 schools and charter school law preferred.
• Has the ability to work and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Has the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
• Has the ability to establish a set of operating principles and routines, driving projects to completion, while insisting on the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Accuracy: Enters, verifies, corrects, and audits data; obtains additional information for incomplete documents.
• Ensures student data is up to date and aligns across SIS, enrollment, and district systems.
• Maintains student records, attendance information, and grade reporting in SIS.
• Coordinate with CSUSA departments to ensure PowerSchool integration for optimal system usage.
• Assist in clearing CSUSA and district error reports for proper year-long SIS database flips.
• School Student Scheduling and Attendance: Enter daily attendance and maintain accurate reports; Support End of Year/Start of Year processes.
• Special Programs Data: Enter FRL applications; ensure data present in state/district systems; collaborate on program data with ESE/Gifted/ELL staff.
• Managing Student Records: Request transcripts, transmit documents, maintain electronic/hard copies with FERPA compliance.
• State Reporting: Prepare and verify data for district/state databases; ensure accuracy for funding counts.
• Marketing and Enrollment Team Membership: Cross-train on enrollment reporting; prepare enrollment reports for leadership.
