Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare garnishes and serve food items per guidelines.
• Follow USDA/state/local guidelines in serving food.
• Receive and store food in stockrooms, freezers, and refrigerators.
• Clean work surfaces, tables, counters, floors, ceilings, walls, sinks, and fixtures.
• Maintain sanitary conditions per health and safety standards.
• Wash pots, pans, kettles, and utensils.
• Assist in estimating, ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
