Job summary

Cortica is seeking a School Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 and group ABA services in school settings, supporting students with autism and neurodevelopmental differences. You will work with educators and Cortica's clinical team to help students engage and learn throughout the school day.

Requirements include at least one year in ABA/Behavior Technician roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of ABA/Behavior Technician experience.
• BCAT certification within 30 days if required by district.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services in schools.
• Implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs aligned to IEPs.
• Collaborate with educators and clinical team to integrate strategies.
• Document progress, session notes, and incident reports.
• Participate in classroom observations, meetings, and trainings.
• Travel between assigned school sites within the service area.
