Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health seeks a school-based Registered Behavior Technician to support students with autism in the Methacton school district under BCBA supervision.

You will implement ABA plans in 1:1 and small-group settings, collect data on IEP goals, and collaborate with district staff to ensure effective interventions. A supportive team environment offers mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be RBT certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, ECE, psychology or related field preferred.
• Valid driver license and ability to travel to various schools within assigned region.
• Prior professional experience with children with ASD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of ABA plans in school settings.
• Provide direct 1:1 and/or small-group therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and analyze data on IEP/504 goals and programs.
• Collaborate with school staff and assist with training.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for students and staff.
• Implement behavior intervention and safety plans as directed by BCBA.
• Monitor skill acquisition and challenging behavior data under supervision.
