Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician to support students with ASD and related needs in a Southampton, PA school setting. You will work under supervision to deliver individualized behavioral supports and classroom-based ABA interventions, recording data and progress to guide plans.

The role welcomes candidates with active RBT certification or those preparing for the BACB RBT exam, and values collaboration with teachers and BCBA professionals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB or in progress.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children/adolescents with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and classroom-based behavioral support to students.
• Implement ABA strategies and interventions.
• Collect behavioral data and monitor progress.
• Maintain session documentation and records.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school team members.
