Job summary

Applied ABC in Rochester, NH seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement BIPs, provide direct ABA therapy, and help students engage in class.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.
• Experience in an educational setting.
• Crisis behavior management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy.
• Assist students in engaging and participating in class.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
