Job summary

Side by Side Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA services to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. The RBT will implement treatment protocols under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and ensuring services adhere to BACB and HIPAA requirements.

The role involves 1:1 or small group therapy in clinic, school, or community settings, delivering evidence-based ABA procedures and maintaining professional communication

Qualifications

• Active RBT credential with BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background screening
• Ability to work with ASD and developmental disabilities
• Follow clinical protocols and implement feedback
• Maintain HIPAA and company policies

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy in clinic, school, or community
• Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans
• Deliver ABA procedures with fidelity and data-driven decisions
• Collect, record, and enter treatment data accurately
• Complete session notes and required documentation on time
• Maintain client dignity, safety, and confidentiality
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and treatment team
• Follow supervisory guidance and seek clinical input when needed
• Maintain active RBT certification and adhere to BACB ethics
