Applied ABC is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-to-one support to a student within a school setting under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and school staff during the school day on campus.

The position offers 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling that fits the school timetable. Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification and have ABA experience or related educational work with children.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience preferred.
• Experience working with children in educational settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavioral support in a school setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect and record behavioral and skill acquisition data.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
