Job summary

Gersh Autism in Tilton, New Hampshire, is seeking a compassionate School Contract RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to students with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.

The role requires an active RBT credential, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• Experience with children who have developmental disabilities, autism, or behavioral challenges is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Address and manage challenging behaviors using ABA and safety care techniques.
• Record accurate data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
• Maintain thorough session notes and communicate concerns to the supervising BCBA.
